James O'Rear is a professional photographer with interests including military and civilian aviation, landscape and wildlife photography and exploring the limits of traditional and digital photography. He currently resides in the small rural village of Stoke Ferry (pop. 950) in the magical East Anglia area of England. He and his wife Jill have 5 children and one grandchild. They have enjoyed travels to Alaska, Austria, Bavaria, Canada, China, England, France, Italy, Portugal as well as much of the United States.

James is an Associate Member of the Association of Stock Media Photographers (ASMP), co-moderator of the Online Visual Artist Forum (OVA Forum) and a graduate of the New York Institute of Photography (NYIP).
